TEXT MESSAGING AND TELEPHONE CALLS

You agree that TIS Media may contact you by telephone or text messages (including by an automatic telephone dialing system provided by a third party platform) at any of the phone numbers provided by you or on your behalf in connection with an TIS Media account, including for marketing purposes. By registering your phone number on TIS Media, you expressly authorize us to override the national Do-Not-Disturb Registry (DND) i.e. – even if your registered phone number falls under DND list of National Consumer Preference Registry (NCPR/NDNC), you voluntarily authorize us to call you at the same.

We enable users to communicate with our service providers (including Astrologers and Partners) through our apps, websites, and other services. For example, we enable users and astrologers to connect over a phone call (in some countries, without disclosing their telephone numbers to each other). To provide this service, TIS Media receives some information regarding the calls/texts, including the date and time of the call/text, and the content of the communications. TIS Media may also use this information for customer support services (including to resolve disputes between users), for safety and security purposes, to improve our products and services and for analytics.

In case of any violations occurred without our knowledge we will take appropriate action as soon as possible and the below mentioned Grievance Redressal Officer can be reached for the same.

Any damage caused to the product while in transit, will be dealt with by tismedia.in. While tismedia.in tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this basis.

Phone Advise: Please ensure that your contact number is in full coverage area and that you answer the phone when it rings. Any call once connected, will not be refunded.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by tismedia.in in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. Multiple payments against the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

TERMINATION

This Terms of Use and the license rights granted hereunder shall be terminated or cancelled for any of the following reasons:
(a) immediately by tismedia.in for any unauthorized access or use by you
(b) immediately by tismedia.in if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement;
(c) immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this Terms of Use. Termination or cancellation of shall not affect any right or relief to which tismedia.in may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to tismedia.in. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this Terms of Use, the fee charged if any for access to tismedia.in is non-refundable for any reason.

TIS Media LLP is not responsible or liable for in any manner whatsoever for any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, audio-video, messages, or other materials (“hereinafter referred to as Content”) that is uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise made available on the websites. TIS Media LLP is not the owners of the Content. The Content is user generated which is offered by third parties and provided on “as is” basis.
