TISMedia@Jaipur. राजस्थान में स्कूल खोलने की तारीख को लेकर सरकार एक बार फिर पल्टी मार गई है। सरकार ने स्कूल खोलने या न खोलने का फैसला अब मंत्रियों की एक कमेटी के ऊपर छोड़ दिया है। इस कमेटी में 5 मंत्रियों को शामिल किया गया है। मंत्रियों की यह कमेटी ही अब तय करेगी कि प्रदेश में स्कूल खोले जाएं या नहीं। इतना ही नहीं स्कूल खोलने के लिए विस्तृत गाइडलाइन तैयार करने की जिम्मेदारी इसी कमेटी को दी गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने राजस्थान में 2 अगस्त से स्कूल खोलने के फैसले पर अंतिम निर्णय लेने के लिए शुक्रवार देर रात अपने सरकारी आवास पर अहम बैठक बुलाई थी। इस बैठक में सीएम गहलोत ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए स्कूल, कॉलेज और कोचिंग संस्थान खोलने का फैसला करने के लिए मंत्रियों की हाई प्रोफाइल कमेटी बना दी। इस कमेटी में पांच मंत्रियों चिकित्सा एंव स्वास्थ्य मंत्री रघू शर्मा, कुषि मंत्री लालचंद कटारिया, शिक्षा मंत्री गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा, मंत्री सुभाष गर्ग और उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री भंवर सिंह भाटी को शामिल किया गया है। मंत्रियों की इस कमेटी के सभी सदस्य भी मुख्यमंत्री के साथ हुई बैठक में शामिल हुए।

स्कूल खोलने का फैसला करेगी कमेटी
बैठक में तीसरी लहर की संभावनाओं को देखते हुए अभिभावकों के विरोध और वैक्सीनेशन एवं कोरोना गाइड लाइन की पालना के साथ स्कूल, कॉलेज एवं कोचिंग खोलने के लिए संस्थान मालिकों एवं संचालकों की मांग पर गंभीरता से विचार विमर्श किया गया। सभी पहलुओं पर गौर करने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने दो अगस्त को स्कूल खोलने के फैसले पर फिर से विचार करना ही बेहतर समझा। हालांकि, शैक्षणिक संस्थान खोलने की तारीख तय करने और इसकी तैयारियों का खाका खींचने के लिए उन्होंने 5 मंत्रियों की कमेटी गठित कर दी। अब यही कमेटी तय करेगी कि राजस्थान में स्कूल, कॉलेज और कोचिंग संस्थान खुलेंगे या नहीं और खुलेंगे तो कब से किन नियमों के तहत खोला जाएगा।

विस्तृत SOP भी तैयार करेगी कमेटी
बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि पांच मंत्रियों की बनाई गई कमेटी स्कूल खोलने के हर पहलू पर बारिकी से विचार करेगी। स्कूल खोलने के नकारात्मक और सकारात्मक दोनो पहलूओं की पहले गहनता से जांच की जाएगी। इसके बाद इस बाबत फैसला होगा। इतना ही नहीं यह कमेटी स्कूल खोलने के लिए विस्तृत SOP भी तैयार करेगी। सीएम गहलोत ने कहा कि कमेटी द्वारा दी गई रिर्पोट ही सर्वमान्य होगी।यही कमेटी स्कूल खोलने की दशा में स्कूलों को सैनेटाईज करवाने, कोरोना गाइडलाइन को पूरी तरह फॉलो करवाने आदी भी सुनिश्चित करेगी।

दो कोचिंग संचालक गिरफ्तार
इसी बीच जयपुर पुलिस ने कोरोना महामारी के बीच सरकार की गाइडलाइन का पालन नहीं करने और पाबंदी के बावजूद कोचिंग चला रहे दो निदेशकों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। इनके साथ ही कोचिंग में बच्चों को पढ़ा रहे 10 शिक्षकों को भी हिरासत में ले लिया। जिन्हें बाद में चालान काटकर छोड़ दिया गया। डीसीपी वेस्ट प्रदीप मोहन शर्मा ने बताया कि चौमूं पुलिस थानाधिकारी हेमराज गुर्जर ने सारांश कॅरियर इंस्टीट्यूट के संस्थापक शंकर लाल जाट (43) पुत्र बोदूराम जाट निवासी वार्ड नंबर दो टांकरडा थाना कालाडेरा जिला जयपुर व सुणीलाल कुमावत (45) पुत्र फूलचन्द कुमावत निवासी खागावाली ढाणी निवाणा थाना गोविंदगढ़ को गिरफ्तार किया है। इसके अलावा कोचिंग में पढ़ा रहे 10 टीचर का भी बिना मास्क मिलने पर चालान किया गया है।
